When you contact us, subscribe to teaching notes, create an account, or place an order, we may collect your name, email address, billing and tax details, order history, support messages, and the files you choose to save. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by True North Teaching Tools.

How we use information

We use information to process purchases, provide secure download access, respond to support requests, maintain account records, prevent fraud, improve the store, and send optional updates when you have subscribed.

Sharing and service providers

We share only the information needed with service providers that help operate the store, such as payment, email, hosting, analytics, and file-delivery providers. We do not sell personal information or use purchase details for unrelated advertising.

Retention and security

We keep records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and protect the store. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
