Love the resource, or get your money back.

Your purchase should save time and feel useful in your classroom. If a resource is not the right fit, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method.

How to request a refund

Email us within 14 days with the order email and resource title. A brief note about what did not work helps us improve, but you do not need to write a lengthy explanation.

Download or access problems

If a file will not open, a link has expired, or a purchase does not appear in your library, contact us with the order email and resource title. We can restore access, provide a usable replacement, or issue a refund.

Duplicate orders

If you accidentally purchase the same resource more than once, contact us as soon as possible. We will refund the duplicate purchase after reviewing the order history.

After 14 days

We will continue to help with corrupt files, access problems, duplicate orders, or a resource that is materially different from its listing. Contact us and we will make it right.

What to include

Please include your name, order email, order number if available, and the resource title. Screenshots are helpful when a file or download is displaying incorrectly.
